Our Mission
What else does He want from me?
Original Galilean is a nonprofit for people of faith who keep circling the same question: “What else does He want from me?” We're not here to hand you another requirement or a longer list to complete. We're here to help you arrive at the real answer, the one that isn't a task at all: now I know. Through a book, free resources, and a judgment-free community, we help people stop striving for a finish line that was never there and start living from the worth they already had.

The Guide
A 20-day path through Jesus's teachings, one day at a time. The answer to the question you've been asking, not one more thing to keep up with. When someone can't afford it, we give it away.
The Community
For the faithful who are done keeping score. A place to practice that together, where you don't have to have it figured out to belong. It's still being built, and we'd rather tell you that than promise more than exists.

We're not adding another discipline to master. We point to what's already true.

We're not an alternative to your church. We're for the person already in the pew, already believing, already sincere.
Rest is not a lower bar.
Stopping the striving isn't giving up on faith. It's what faith was pointing to the whole time.
What We're Not
Here's what we're not.
So you know what you're getting.
Not a promise that life gets easier.
The marriage might still be hard. The money might still be tight. What changes is the belief that the hardship, or your effort, is a bill still owed.
Not a replacement for real help.
If you're dealing with trauma, abuse, addiction, or a mental health condition, please get that care. This works alongside it, not instead of it.
Not a replacement for your church.
No pastor, no tradition, no pew required to leave.
Not one more requirement.
If “stop striving” becomes another thing you have to get right, we've missed our own point.
